We are looking for a graphic designer and video editor who understands how to create content that actually converts.

You will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives for dental practices across the UK, including images, carousels, and short-form videos.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a performance focused creative who:
• Has strong experience in graphic design and/or video editing
• Understands how to create content for
• Can design clean, modern, high-end creatives (not cluttered or outdated)
• Knows how to hook attention in the first few seconds of a video
• Can follow brand guidelines and adapt to different client styles
• Is proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys performance driven creative and takes pride in producing work that delivers results.
Your Responsibilities
• Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta campaigns (images, carousels, short videos)
• Edit short-form video content for paid ads (Reels style, UGC style, etc.)
• Design clean, modern graphics aligned with client branding
• Test different creative angles and variations
• Work closely with the ads team to improve creative performance
• Turn briefs into polished, ready-to-launch ad creatives
• Continuously improve based on feedback and results
Experience Required
• Experience in graphic design and/or video editing (portfolio required)
• Experience creating content for social media ads (Meta preferred)
• Strong understanding of what makes a high-performing ad creative
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
