We're not looking for someone who makes things look pretty.
We're looking for someone who creates visuals that sell.
We're a fast-growing premium lash and cosmetics brand currently in our traction phase. We're running paid Meta ads, testing creatives daily, and building toward aggressive scale. Every asset we produce needs to stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert.
What you'll own:
Editing and producing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
Creating static and animated ad creatives based on briefs from our creative strategist
Producing UGC-style content that feels native to the platform — not like an ad
Fast turnaround on creative iterations based on performance data
Maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets
What we're looking for:
Proven experience creating paid ad creatives for DTC brands portfolio required
Strong video editing skills you know how to hook someone in the first 2 seconds
Experience with animation is a strong plus
Ability to work fast and iterate we test new creatives every week
Eye for detail and understanding of what makes a visual convert, not just look good
Fluent in English strong communication is essential
Able to take a brief and execute without hand-holding
