We are looking for a talented and reliable Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to support the marketing and promotion of a fast-paced bar and restaurant based in Grand Cayman (Caribbean).
This is a remote position ideal for someone based in the Philippines who has strong creative skills and experience working with nightlife, events, or entertainment brands.
The role focuses on creating high-quality visual content for social media, including event promotions, reels, and short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Design professional event flyers, posters, and social media graphics using Adobe Suite (required)
Create engaging Reels, TikTok-style videos, and short promotional clips
Edit content using a mix of:
Stock images/videos
Event footage provided by our team
Develop weekly content aligned with upcoming events and promotions
Maintain consistent branding across all designs and videos
Work closely with management to execute marketing ideas and campaigns
Requirements:
Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop (Canva-only applicants will not be considered)
Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Good understanding of social media trends and engagement
Reliable communication and ability to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with bars, nightlife, events, concerts, or entertainment brands
Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools
Familiarity with Google Ads or social media advertising
Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
Work Setup:
Fully remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
Flexible schedule, but must be able to align with deadlines based on Cayman time zone
Ongoing work with weekly deliverables tied to event schedules
