ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong UX and UI sensibilities to help elevate our brand across digital platforms. From intuitive user interfaces to stunning visual assets, you'll play a central role in how our company presents itself and interacts with audiences online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design Clean, Modern Interfaces for websites, landing pages, and dashboards.
• Develop Branded Assets such as social media graphics,
• Maintain Brand Consistency by following established design guidelines across all channels.
• Wireframe & Prototype user flows and interfaces that enhance usability and interaction.
• Build and Maintain Design Systems, including reusable UI components and style guides.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams including developers, marketers, and operations to bring concepts to life.
• Enhance UX by applying visual hierarchy, accessibility principles, and intuitive layouts.
• Design with Conversion Goals in Mind, ensuring visual appeal aligns with performance outcomes.
• Apply Feedback Quickly, iterate based on user insights, team input, and performance analytics.
• Support WordPress Projects with basic development knowledge or collaboration on implementation and customization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a design role with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI and visual design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered principles, and design systems.
• Experience designing across web and mobile interfaces.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while delivering fresh and modern designs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
• Familiarity with WordPress design and customization workflows.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Attention to detail, time management, and a strong sense of ownership.
