JOB OVERVIEW

BAEBY is looking for a genuine graphic designer to create and edit visual content across our social media channels and ecommerce store.

Responsibilities:
Designing social media graphics and short-form video edits
Creating product imagery and banners for our online store
Maintaining a consistent, elevated brand look across every platform
Assisting with product development, including working with dielines for packaging
Staying across design and content trends, and understanding the competitor landscape to help keep BAEBY ahead

This role goes beyond social content - you'll also support packaging and product development work, so proper design tool proficiency is essential, not optional.

You'll be a good fit if you:
Have strong, demonstrable experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator - Canva alone is not sufficient for this role
Have experience working with dielines for packaging (or are keen and able to learn quickly)
Have a genuinely strong eye for design - not just template assembly
Can edit short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Are trend-driven and can turn around quality content quickly
Can work independently from a brief
