JOB OVERVIEW

SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHIC DESIGNER & SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR – FULL-TIME REMOTE

We are a hospitality, nightlife, entertainment and accommodation group with multiple businesses in Thailand and Australia.

We are looking for a talented full-time Graphic Designer and Short-Form Video Editor based in the Philippines.

Our in-house photographer and videographer will regularly provide professional photos and video footage through Google Drive. Your responsibility will be to turn these materials into polished, attractive and engaging social media content.

You will create content for:

Play Room Pattaya
Play Girlz Sports Bar
Play Mansion
Grease Bar
Chokdee Massage Carrum Downs
Jagdaim Australia

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design professional Instagram and Facebook posts.
• Create event posters, promotional graphics and carousels.
• Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Create Instagram Stories and animated promotional content.
• Add professional captions, subtitles, music timing, transitions and effects to videos.
• Resize designs correctly for 4:5 posts, 9:16 Stories/Reels, square posts, Facebook covers, websites and other platforms.
• Create thumbnails and cover images.
• Maintain the correct logos, colours, fonts and styling for each business.
• Build reusable templates for recurring weekly events and promotions.
• Organise all editable files and completed content in Google Drive.
• Complete urgent event updates and design corrections when required.
• Work closely with our Marketing Manager, Social Media Managers, photographer and videographer.
• Provide all editable source files to the company.

STYLE EXPECTATIONS:

Our nightlife and hospitality designs must feel premium, luxurious, modern and exciting.

We like the presentation and quality of brands such as Café del Mar Phuket, Upper House Bangkok, Baccarat Bangkok, Pastel Bangkok and House of Savoy.

We do not want cheap-looking nightclub flyers, excessive effects, crowded layouts or designs that appear outdated.

Each business must maintain its own identity. A luxury nightclub, hotel, massage business and Australian company should not all look the same.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong portfolio of professional social media designs.
• Professional experience editing short-form vertical videos.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent professional software.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and luxury branding.
• Able to follow brand guidelines accurately.
• Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with nightlife, hospitality, models, events and alcohol-related content.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Willing to provide editable source files.
• Able to accept feedback and complete revisions promptly.
