About Us

We are the in-house marketing department for a Keller Williams real estate brokerage serving over 320 agents across the Bay Area Peninsula. Our team supports our brokerage, a coworking space brand, and a paid marketing concierge program for agents. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented graphic designer to join our growing creative team and help us produce high-quality marketing assets for our agents.

About the Role

As our Agent Designer, you will work alongside our existing design team to create marketing materials for individual real estate agents within our brokerage. You will be pulling requests from our marketing request system and turning them around accurately, on brand, and on time. This is a production-focused design role, ideal for someone who loves clean, consistent design work and thrives with a steady volume of requests.

What You'll Do

Design flyers, postcards, business cards, social media graphics, email graphics, presentations, and other agent-requested marketing assets
Work from our marketing request form and Trello board to manage your queue of assigned tasks
Follow brand guidelines and templates to keep all agent materials consistent and professional
Apply required real estate compliance elements to every piece (license numbers, disclosures, ownership statements, logos) as directed by your marketing coordinator
Communicate proactively if a request is unclear, incomplete, or if you are unsure about compliance requirements
Meet deadlines, especially for time-sensitive requests like open houses and new listings
Take feedback and revisions in stride, and flag if you are feeling overwhelmed with your workload

What We're Looking For

Solid experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong eye for clean, professional design, real estate or brokerage design experience is a plus
Comfortable managing multiple design requests at once and prioritizing based on deadlines
Detail-oriented, especially with text accuracy (pricing, addresses, agent names, contact info)
Reliable communicator, comfortable using Trello and Google Workspace
Able to take direction well and ask questions when something is unclear
Available full-time during Pacific Time business hours

Nice to Have

Prior experience designing for real estate agents or a brokerage
Familiarity with print production requirements (bleed, resolution, etc.)
Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
