JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Freelance | 40 Hours/Week | $4–$8 USD/Hour

We’re a growing UK-based print and signage company looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote Philippines-based design team.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a designer who is confident in Adobe Illustrator, understands print and production artwork, and is highly detail-oriented.

You do not need extensive vehicle signage experience to apply. Candidates with backgrounds in print design, large-format graphics, signage, packaging, pre-press, or production design are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll create production-ready artwork for a variety of print and signage projects, with a strong focus on vehicle graphics.

Typical work includes:

- Vehicle graphics and magnetic signage
- Van side and rear-panel layouts
- Artwork based on established vehicle templates
- Print-ready files prepared to the correct size and specifications
- Customer-requested text, logos, colors, contact information, and layout changes
- Revisions based on internal design and QA feedback

This is not primarily a branding or logo-concept role.

While good design judgment is important, success in this position depends heavily on accuracy, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a customer brief correctly.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from designers who:

- Have 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Are highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Have experience with print, signage, large-format graphics, production artwork, or pre-press
- Understand layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Carefully review their own work before submission
- Can follow detailed customer specifications without overlooking information
- Are comfortable asking questions when a brief is unclear
- Can receive feedback professionally and apply revisions accurately
- Enjoy structured, fast-paced production design work

Previous vehicle signage experience is a strong advantage, but it is not required.

Technical Requirements
- Your own valid and active Adobe Illustrator license
- Reliable computer suitable for professional design work
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable using online collaboration tools such as ---------- , Dropbox, and Slack
- Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking

Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Shift-based schedule
- Some weekend availability is required
- The role is not limited to standard UK 9:00 AM–5:00 PM business hours

Specific shift arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Compensation
- $4–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience, technical ability, and assessment results.

This is intended to be a steady, long-term freelance opportunity for the right designer.
