JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level Graphic Designer to join Chapie, a fast-growing U.S. e-commerce brand.

This is not a basic Canva position. We need someone with strong design judgment who can use Photoshop, Canva, and ChatGPT/AI image tools together to create polished website, email, product, and production assets.

What You’ll Do
Create website banners and promotional graphics
Create email marketing graphics
Design product launch assets
Create and refine e-commerce product images
Use ChatGPT/AI to generate and modify visual concepts
Clean up AI-generated graphics in Photoshop so they look professional and free of obvious artifacts
Resize and adapt artwork for different products and formats
Prepare production-ready product graphics
Follow our documented production workflow, including PROD-002, PROD-003, and PROD-004
Review your own work carefully before submitting it
Required Skills

You must be strong in:

Adobe Photoshop
Canva
ChatGPT / AI image generation and editing
Graphic design fundamentals
Typography, composition, spacing, and color
E-commerce and website graphics
Image cleanup and retouching
Following exact dimensions and design specifications
Strong written English communication

Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus.

Most Important

We need someone who can follow detailed instructions accurately.

Our production work has specific dimensions, product geometry, formatting requirements, and SOPs. You must be able to read a process, understand it, and complete the work correctly without needing every step re-explained.

You should also be able to receive feedback and not repeat the same mistakes after they have already been corrected.

You have a genuinely strong graphic design portfolio
You can recreate the style and direction of reference images
You notice small visual errors before submitting work
You use AI to speed up design work but do not rely on raw AI outputs
You are comfortable moving between ChatGPT, Photoshop, and Canva
You communicate clearly in English
You are organized and dependable
You can work independently from written SOPs
Do Not Apply If
Your experience is mostly basic Canva templates
You cannot use Photoshop confidently
You submit AI images without cleaning up artifacts
You frequently miss dimensions or written instructions
You need constant supervision
You struggle to understand detailed instructions in English
