JOB OVERVIEW

Hey — I run a growing marketing company and we are looking for a creative designer.

If you’re fast, reliable, and have a great eye for design… we’ll get along great.

What You’ll Actually Do

This is a simple role if you’re good:

• Help produce ads + social content for multiple brands
Mostly Canva and similar tools. If you’re fast with templates and can make ads look good without overthinking… you’ll crush it.

• Follow brand guidelines & be consistent
No Frankenstein designs. Everything should look like it belongs together.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But BIG Advantage)
• Basic copywriting instincts (just enough to not break the layout)
• Ability to take direction once and run with it
• Experience in direct-response design

• “Pixel-pusher” designers with no eye for conversion or brand feel
