JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
Evolved Commerce is hiring a Graphic Designer to build out our in-house marketing and advertising design function, a brand-new role supporting our own brand and growth efforts, separate from our Amazon client design team. This is a contractor position for a designer based in the Philippines.

Because this is a new position, there's no existing playbook to follow. We need someone experienced who can bring their own point of view, work independently, and figure out what "good" looks like for a channel or format we haven't tackled before.

Evolved Commerce is a results-driven marketing agency specializing in helping brands grow and sell on e-commerce markets including Amazon, TikTok, Target, and Shopify.. Our team of experts is dedicated to increasing sales for businesses of all sizes through strategic content and design.

This role sits outside our Amazon client design team; you'll be designing for Evolved Commerce itself, driving our own marketing and advertising presence.

Responsibilities
- Design paid social ad creative for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (static, carousel, and short-form video/motion where needed).
- Design print materials, including business cards, one-sheets, and other collateral, and prepare files for print (PDFs).
- Build and iterate on creative across formats and campaigns, testing and refreshing based on performance.
- Contribute to brand development and brand guidelines as our internal identity evolves.
- Support website design and page layouts as needed.
- Take a project from brief to finished asset with minimal hand-holding. This is a new function, so initiative matters more than following an existing process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and messaging.
- Work in Slack, Gmail, and ClickUp for communication and project management.
-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms preferred.
- Take and effectively incorporate feedback, iterating on designs as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience designing paid social ad creative for Meta, LinkedIn, and/or Google Ads.
- Experience designing print materials and preparing print-ready files.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design; marketing/advertising agency or in-house marketing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy, balance, alignment).
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Branding experience is a plus.

- Comfortable working independently and defining processes in a role without existing training materials.
- If you don't enjoy working with a team, taking feedback, or making revisions, this role will not be a good fit.

Other Details
This is a contractor position for a candidate based in the Philippines.
Work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST.
Payment: Paid on the 5th of each month via Wise.
