Graphic Designer (Marketing & Ad Creatives) – Long-Term Opportunity
We’re looking for a graphic designer who can create clean, modern, and effective visuals for digital marketing.
Our team works with businesses across the U.S. and Canada, building marketing systems that include ads, funnels, and automation. Design plays a key role in how these systems perform, and we’re looking for someone who understands both creativity and clarity.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, growth, and to be part of a fast-moving team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design ad creatives for platforms like
- Create visuals for landing pages and funnels
- Produce clean, modern graphics aligned with brand and messaging
- Develop multiple variations of designs for testing and performance
- Support with banners, thumbnails, and other digital assets
You’ll work closely with our marketing and video teams to bring ideas to life visually.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong design skills with a clean, modern style
- Experience creating ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns
- Good sense of layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and also contribute ideas
- Reliable, efficient, and able to meet deadlines
- Good English communication
- Experience designing ad creatives that are meant to convert
- Understanding of marketing or performance-based design
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across designs
Bonus to Have:
- Experience working with video editors or marketing teams
- Basic motion or animation skills
Important:
This is not a beginner role.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can produce high-quality work without step-by-step guidance.
You should understand that design is not just about visuals — it’s about creating assets that support performance and results
Work Structure & Growth Path:
- Initial work will start with small tasks and project-based assignments (gig-based)
- This allows both sides to evaluate fit and working style
- Strong performance will quickly move into a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week)
- From there, the role can grow into a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week)
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role — not short-term work.
Compensation:
- Starting benchmark: $5 USD per hour
- Part-time: ~20 hours per week
- Full-time: ~40 hours per week
- Consistent work available based on performance
- Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time
Work Setup:
- Flexible working hours
- Daily overlap required: between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Eastern Time (approximately 15-30 minutes per day, exact time coordinated with the team)
- Remaining work can be completed on your own schedule
Hiring Process:
- Short interview
- Paid test task ($15 USD, fixed price)
The test will be a small, real-world design task and should take approximately 30–60 minutes to complete.
