Graphic Designer (Logos, Branding, Ads) – Remote
Chain Lightning Design & Marketing (CLDM)

Are you a designer looking to be a part of the next big design revolution?

We are building the fastest and most talented design teams in the world.

CLDM is a new design and marketing company that produces branding, logos, and marketing campaigns live with clients in real-time.

Instead of taking weeks like traditional agencies, we create designs in rapid iteration sessions and launch brands in hours.
We are looking for fast, talented designers who want to improve their skills and grow with an international team.

Compensation

Starting pay: 250 PHP/hr
Generous bonuses available during live design shows - potentially doubling the hourly pay or more. This will be explained during the interview. This is the starting pay but expect this to go up significantly as you climb up the company!

Work Schedule

You must be able to collaborate across:
Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Philippine Standard Time (PhST)
Typical collaboration window examples:
10:00 PM PST / 2:00 PM PhST
Design Show will require other hours to accommodate our U.S. based clients. Possibly:
7:00 AM PST / 11:00 PM PhST

What You Will Design

• Logos • Brand identity systems
• Social media ads
• Flyers and marketing assets
• Mockups for merchandise
• Campaign graphics
Designers must be able to produce ideas quickly and iterate fast. Leveraging AI is required.

Required Skills

Must be highly skilled with:
• Figma / FigJam
• Adobe Suite
• Ai tools (Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT)

Nice to have:
• Canva
• AI design tools
• Branding experience

Important: This Is a Fast Design Environment
Chain-Lightning designers work in rapid design sprints.
This role is ideal for designers who:
• Work fast
• Produce multiple ideas
• Learn quickly
• Enjoy creative challenges

This Job Is NOT For
Designers who:
• Need several days for one design
• Prefer slow revision cycles
• Do not like feedback or iteration
