-What we need-
• Hands-on graphic and digital design experience
• A portfolio with taste, and a clear point of view
• Strong typography, layout, spacing, contrast, and visual hierarchy
• An understanding that design is about more than aesthetics. Every decision should have intention behind it
• Someone who thinks critically about readability, attention, perception, and how design guides the viewer through a page or asset
• Strong communication skills. We're a small team, and reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication are non-negotiable
• Someone who genuinely cares about the craft

- Digital ads
- Social media assets
- Website graphics
- Brand assets
- Email graphics
- Product packaging and product-related creative assets
- Design systems and reusable components

Bonus:
• Confidence using AI design tools
• Real Figma fluency, especially with components, variants, auto layout, and design systems
• Experience with DTC, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands
