Remote Graphic Designer — Print Production & Layout Systems ($3.50/hr Trial $3.75–$4.00/hr Long-Term)
I’m building a structured, scalable print production environment across multiple brands and looking for a graphic designer who enjoys creating designs that go directly into real-world printing and production.
This role combines creative design with production-ready layout work. Your designs will move directly from Adobe Creative Cloud into print, so understanding print setup such as bleed, crop marks, safe margins, and layout preparation is important.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both design and structured workflow systems, helping build templates and repeatable processes that make production faster and more efficient.
This is a stable, long-term role for someone who wants consistent work inside a structured environment.
This is not a one-off freelance project, this is a long-term internal operational role.
All business workflows and infrastructure details will be shared after NDA and hiring.
What You’ll Be Doing (Examples Only — Not Limited To):
• Create graphic designs for print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, signage, etc.)
• Deliver print-ready files with proper bleed, crop marks, safe margins, and correct sizing
• Understand and work with standard sheet sizes (8.5x11, 11x17, 12x18, 13x19, etc.)
• Build multi-up layouts (step & repeat / imposition layouts when required)
• Create and maintain reusable production templates
• Export production-ready PDFs optimized for printing
• Maintain organized file naming and folder structure
• Support fast-turnaround print production workflow
You’re a Good Fit If:
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience preparing files for print production
• Understand bleed, trim, gutters, crop marks, and safe zones
• Comfortable creating layouts that are immediately ready for printing
• Enjoy structured workflows and repeatable systems
• Fast responder and organized communicator
• Experience working in a print shop or production environment is a major plus
Junior–mid level candidates welcome if you are reliable and committed to learning structured workflows.
Work Style & Communication Expectations:
• Fast response communication during working hours is required
• Work inside structured workflows and template-based systems
• Reliability, speed, and consistency are prioritized over creative experimentation
• Daily workflow visibility and responsiveness are essential

• Trusted with private workflows and infrastructure
• No agencies or subcontracting
Minimum Requirements — Do Not Apply If:
• You primarily use Canva or beginner design tools

• You want short-term freelance projects only
• You require daily step-by-step supervision
Pay & Commitment:
• $3.50/hr — trial period
• Increase to $3.50–$4.00/hr based on speed, consistency, and ownership after trial
• Paid weekly initially ? bi-weekly after onboarding
• Long-term growth opportunity as production systems expand
Schedule (REQUIRED):
• Monday – Friday
• Work hours between 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST
