Graphic Designer / Illustrator

Sport Fishing & Performance Apparel Brand

We’re looking for a **Graphic Designer / Illustrator** to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life across marketing, advertising, and apparel design.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple formats — from email and paid ads to illustrated apparel prints — and wants to see their work out in the real world, worn on the water.

What You’ll Be Working On

* Designing marketing emails (campaigns, promos, product launches)
* Creating organic and paid social ads (Meta, website banners, etc.)
* Developing illustrated and graphic concepts for apparel prints
* Supporting seasonal collections, collaborations, and custom projects
* Maintaining visual consistency across digital and physical touch points

What We’re Looking For

* Strong skills in graphic design and illustration
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Illustrator, Photoshop required)
* Comfortable designing for both digital marketing and print
* An eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
* Ability to work efficiently and adapt designs based on feedback
* Bonus: familiarity with apparel, print production, or performance brands

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

* Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
* Motion graphics or light animation
* Interest in fishing, boating, or outdoor lifestyles
* Understanding of print methods (DTF, sublimation, screen print)
