We are a strategy-led marketing consultancy that manages specialists to deliver a wide range of marketing projects for clients.
We are looking for a production-minded tea
This is not a lead creative role. We are not looking for someone to take over the visual direction of projects based on personal taste. We are looking for someone with strong design judgment who can execute accurately, work from approved direction, and make things look polished without drifting from the brief.
This role will support our Project Manager and will work within our existing systems and processes.
Hours
You must be available to work from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
We can guarantee those hours to start.
It is a plus if you also have flexible availability outside those hours when needed for larger projects or extra workload, but the required daily overlap is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time.
This role is starting part-time. For the right person, there is strong potential for this to grow into a full-time role as the workload increases and performance is proven.
Pay
$8 to $13 per hour depending on skill, experience, accuracy, and fit for the role.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for helping with day-to-day design and front-end production work across a variety of marketing deliverables, including web pages, funnels, print pieces, social media graphics, and other client-facing assets.
A big part of this role is taking approved mockups, reference designs, swipe files, flat designs, or specialist concepts and accurately building them inside the platforms we actually use, such as WordPress, Elementor, Divi, GoHighLevel, Canva, and Adobe tools.
You will also help make sure specialist work is usable, editable, stored correctly, and ready for future revisions.

- Make small edits and revisions quickly
- Build and update pages in WordPress, Elementor, Divi, and GoHighLevel

- Use custom CSS for front-end styling and layout adjustments
- Build pages with strong responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Check and fix breakpoint issues before submitting work
- Check specialist files to make sure they are editable, complete, and usable
- Verify that source files, exports, and linked assets are stored correctly
- Assist the Project Manager with design-specific and front-end QA
- Check that design specifications were met, including size, bleed, resolution, and other production requirements

- Maintain templates, reusable assets, and continuity on items that need ongoing updates over time
