JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $8/hour AUD to start, room to grow with reliability — this is an hourly role, not pay-per-project
Hours: Flexible, ongoing — not 9-5, but need consistent turnaround
English: Must be strong — we'll have regular calls

About us
We're an Australian company making custom-printed disposable cups and packaging for cafés and hospitality. Growing fast, need someone creative to match.

What you'll do

Social media graphics & templates (Instagram/Facebook — product shots, promos, quote graphics)
Occasional print work — flyers, product sheets, cup artwork mockups
Proofing client artwork before printing

What we need

A strong portfolio (matters more than years of experience)
Comfortable with Canva and/or Illustrator/Photoshop
Clean, modern eye — no clip-art energy
Good spoken English for regular calls
Experience in food packaging or packaging industry preferred
Proficient with Claude (AI) is a big plus
