Rockstar Graphic Designer for High-Converting Native Ads

About the Role
We're seeking a creative and efficient graphic designer to produce eye-catching, clickable native ad creatives for Taboola and Outbrain campaigns (image ads). This is a long-term, fixed contract position requiring approximately 2 hours of work daily for $250 monthly.

Create attention-grabbing native ad images that generate high CTRs
Develop both simple designs and more complex compositions with advanced editing
Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output
Deliver 10-15 ad creatives weekly with quick turnaround times
Adapt designs based on performance data to optimize click-through rates

Requirements
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating compelling ad visuals
Experience with native advertising platforms (Taboola/Outbrain preferred)
Proficiency in Photoshop and other relevant design tools
Skilled at AI image generation and editing tools
Understanding of what makes images "clickable" in native ad environments
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Excellent communication and timely delivery
