JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a **fast, reliable graphic designer** to create **high-converting Facebook ad creatives** for multiple clients.

This is not a slow-paced role. This is **production at scale**.

* Create **Facebook ad creatives daily** across multiple industries
* Follow proven ad formats, angles, and hooks
* Work fast while maintaining strong visual quality
* Use tools like **Canva + ChatGPT** to streamline output
* Turn around creatives quickly with minimal hand-holding

### ? Expectations

* **150–200 creatives per week (non-negotiable)**
* 38 hours per week (full-time)
* Fast turnaround times
* Ability to follow direction AND take initiative
* Strong understanding of what makes ads convert (not just “look nice”)

* Canva (primary)
* ChatGPT (for hooks, angles, copy ideas)
* Optional: Video editing tools (nice to have, not required)
