JOB OVERVIEW

**Live Skills Test Required**
Birdee Media is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can confidently create professional, polished designs for a variety of clients and marketing projects with minimal supervision.

Main Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to create professional designs for social media, digital advertising, print materials, branding, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to follow existing brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across different materials.
- Ability to prepare files correctly for both digital and professional print production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs and design specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote marketing team.

Preferred Skills
- Video editing experience is a strong plus, especially with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience creating short-form video content, social media reels, advertisements, or promotional videos.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content.
- Experience using Slack and Asana.

**Portfolio Required**
A professional graphic design portfolio is required.
Your portfolio should demonstrate experience with branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, print design, digital design, or similar client work.

Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will complete the following:

- A short video interview.
- A live graphic design skills test during the interview.

The skills test is a required part of our hiring process and will evaluate your ability to work with Adobe design software, follow a creative brief, make design decisions, and complete professional design tasks before any job offer is made.
