JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our event company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually compelling designs for a wide range of live and virtual events. This role requires a strong understanding of both print and digital design principles, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to translate event concepts into cohesive and engaging visual experiences that align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design a variety of event-related materials, including logos, branding elements, signage, banners, brochures, invitations, and digital assets for social media and websites.
- Collaborate with event planners, marketing, and sales teams to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and ensure designs meet event objectives.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all event materials, ensuring a unified visual identity.
- Prepare and package high-quality, production-ready files for both digital and print vendors.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines for all project phases.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to revise and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the event and design industries.
- Liaise with print vendors or production teams to ensure the final product matches the design specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing event-related work (live or virtual) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
