1. How do you manage an active design queue across multiple brands and asset types?

There is no right answer — we want to see that you have a real system and can articulate it clearly.
Commitment Requirement
This role requires your full professional commitment. We are not looking for someone juggling five other clients or treating this as a side project. Before applying, please confirm:
This will be your primary client engagement and top professional priority
You are available during agreed-upon hours and can join video calls with reasonable notice
You are not currently at capacity with other work that would compete for your time and attention
If you cannot confirm the above, please do not apply.
What This Is Not
This is not a passive job. We expect someone who takes ownership of the design queue, raises their hand early when workload is heavy, and communicates proactively. If you need constant direction to produce output, this is not the right fit.
How to Apply
Send the following:
1. Portfolio link or PDF (required — no portfolio, no review)
2. 2–3 examples of health, fitness, wellness, or nutrition work specifically
3. Examples of YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn content, decks/presentations, and any motion graphics or GIFs if available
4. Examples of badges, stickers, or digital iconography if available
5. A brief description (5–7 sentences) of how you manage your design queue — what tools you use, how you prioritize, and how you handle a heavy week
6. Confirmation that this role will be your primary professional commitment
7. Your availability and preferred hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
8. Your rate expectation (hourly or monthly)
9. Confirmation that you are comfortable and available for video calls
