JOB OVERVIEW

Email Designer – eCommerce (Remote)
We're looking for an experienced Email Designer to create beautiful, on-brand emails that convert for eCommerce brands. If you have a strong portfolio of eCommerce email work and a track record of designing campaigns that actually drive results, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Design visually compelling, on-brand email campaigns (flows and campaigns) across multiple eCommerce clients
- Work closely with an account manager who will provide briefs, feedback, and direction on each project
- Build and maintain reusable templates and modules to keep designs consistent and efficient
- QA your own work — making sure it is on brand and following all client requirements
- Iterate on designs based on performance data (CTR, conversion rate, revenue per email)

Requirements
- Extensive graphic design experience
- Proven experience designing emails specifically for eCommerce brands
- Strong portfolio showing a range of high-quality, on-brand email designs that have driven results
- Proficiency in Figma (must-have)
- Sharp eye for detail, clean layouts, and brand consistency
- Able to work independently, manage your own time, and hit deadlines without hand-holding
- Proactive — you bring creative ideas to the table, not just execute what you're told
- Comfortable taking and giving feedback clearly and efficiently

Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs
- Agency background working across multiple eCommerce brands
- Experience with A/B testing and using performance data to improve designs
