Description:
We’re a growing performance ad agency looking for a designer who understands how to make graphics that sell. This isn’t a brand-only role—you’ll be designing assets that go live in real ad campaigns and get measured on actual results.
What You’ll Design:
• Static
•
• Product imagery, testimonials, and text overlays for performance testing
• UGC/creator content graphics & text formatting
Requirements:
• 2+ years graphic design experience (freelance or agency)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and conversion goals
• Ability to adapt to brand styles but push creative where needed
• Fluent in English for reading briefs + writing simple text overlays
Bonus if you:
• Have worked with DTC brands or on Meta ads
• Can test multiple variations quickly
• Understand
• Are proactive with feedback and iteration
