The Coupet Collective is a boutique digital marketing agency based in the U.S. that works exclusively with wellness brands — compounding pharmacies, telehealth companies, medspas, fitness tech, supplement brands, and mental health platforms. We’re a small, tight-knit creative team that values high-quality design, clear communication, and real ownership of your work.
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join us part-time and work directly under our CEO and Lead Brand & Content Strategist. This is a hands-on creative production role — you’ll be executing design projects across multiple wellness clients, not managing strategy. What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing branded social media graphics (Instagram,
Creating marketing collateral: one-pagers, sell sheets, PDFs, flyers, and digital brochures
Designing
Building and formatting presentation decks and client-facing documents
Adapting and resizing assets across platforms and formats
Laying out branded content using established brand guidelines, color palettes, and font systems
Supporting content calendar production by designing batched assets on a weekly basis
Light photo editing and mockup creation as needed
Organizing and maintaining design files in shared folders
What We’re Looking For:

Strong proficiency in Canva Pro — this is our primary design tool; you must be advanced, not just familiar
A polished portfolio that demonstrates range: social media content, branded PDFs,
Clean, modern design sensibility — we lean minimal, editorial, and elevated (not cluttered or over-templated)
Strong typography and layout skills
Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely while still bringing creative ideas to the table
Clear, responsive communication in written English
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
Availability to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for check-ins and feedback
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for wellness, health, beauty, or pharmaceutical brands
Familiarity with Metricool, Later, or other social media scheduling platforms
Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Understanding of social media design best practices: safe zones, aspect ratios, platform specs
Compensation & Growth
This role starts at $7 USD/hour at 8 hours per week. The rate and hours are set — please only apply if you’re comfortable with this structure. That said, we’re actively building our team, and this role is genuinely designed to grow. The right person will have the opportunity to take on more hours, more responsibility, and higher pay as TCC scales.
About the Role
You’ll report directly to our CEO and Lead Brand Strategist. We’ll provide clear briefs, brand assets, and direction — your job is to execute beautifully and efficiently. We move fast, give clear feedback, and respect your time.
A typical week might look like:
Receive a batch brief for a client’s weekly social content (6–10 graphics)
Design a branded PDF or one-pager for a new product or campaign
Create
Resize and adapt existing assets for different platforms
Make revisions based on feedback (usually 1–2 rounds)
Organize and upload final files to shared folders
