JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to become one of the first creative hires for a fast-growing iOS health & fitness app.

If you're obsessed with creating beautiful graphics, love social media, and enjoy bringing ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Creating

You'll primarily design:

Social media graphics
Meta ad creatives
Instagram & TikTok content
Educational carousels
UGC-style static creatives
App Store screenshots & promotional graphics
AI-assisted creative assets

As you grow with us, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape overall creative direction.

What We're Looking For

Graphic design is the #1 priority.

You should have a strong understanding of:

Typography
Layout
Composition
Color
Branding
Social media design
Ad creatives
Visual storytelling

You should be able to take an idea, screenshot, or rough direction and turn it into something that looks polished and professional.

Most importantly, your portfolio should demonstrate creativity—not just technical ability.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

These are huge pluses:

Figma
AI image generation
ChatGPT / Claude
AI video tools
UI/UX experience
Motion graphics
Video editing

The Hiring Process

2. Creative Practice Task (Unpaid)

Selected applicants will complete a short creative exercise.

The goal isn't free work.

It's simply the best way for us to evaluate creativity, design thinking, and execution when given creative freedom.
