JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to help design clothing graphics, brand logos, and other visual assets for our growing brands. This is a long-term role with room for growth and pay increases based on performance.
What You Will Do:

Design original graphics for clothing lines (streetwear, apparel mockups, print-ready files)
Create logos and full brand identity packages (color palettes, typography, brand guidelines)
Design social media graphics, promotional banners, and marketing materials as needed
Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTG, sublimation, and embroidery
Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback quickly and accurately
Stay current on design trends in streetwear, fashion, and branding

What We Need From You:

Proven experience in clothing graphic design and/or logo design
Strong portfolio showing a range of styles — streetwear, bold typography, clean branding, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or similar tools
Experience with AI design tools is a big plus
Understanding of print-ready file preparation (vector files, proper DPI, color modes)
Fluent English communication
Self-sufficient — able to take a concept and run with it without hand-holding
Fast turnaround with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Growth:

Starting rate: $2–$4/hour depending on experience and skill level
Rate increases for consistent high-quality work and reliability
