About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer based in Cebu, Philippines to support our growing product and marketing teams. This role focuses on packaging design, marketing graphics, and digital assets for toys, games, and related consumer products sold in major retail channels.

If you enjoy structured creative work, clean layouts, and seeing your designs turn into real, physical products, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design packaging for toys and games (boxes, cards, inserts, labels)

Create digital graphics for Amazon listings, websites, and marketing materials

Prepare print-ready files following dielines and production specs

Make revisions based on internal feedback and retailer requirements

Maintain organized design files and version control

Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of professional graphic design experience

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Experience with packaging design (consumer goods preferred)

Solid understanding of typography, color, and layout

Ability to follow brand guidelines and detailed instructions

Strong attention to detail (this matters a lot)

Good written English communication skills

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

Experience designing for Amazon or e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of print production and packaging materials

Basic understanding of dielines and manufacturing constraints

Familiarity with toys, games, or children’s products
