JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and reliable Graphic Designer to support creative design projects for The Ryan Zofay Brand — a mission-driven personal development and transformational coaching platform. Your design work will help bring our message to life across print and digital media.

? Responsibilities

You will design and deliver a variety of branded assets, including:

? Workbooks: Layout design, content alignment, and print-ready formatting
? Book Covers & Backs: Bold, polished, and aligned with brand identity
? Print-Ready Materials: Ensuring correct bleed, margins, export settings, and quality
? Eventbrite Flyers: Eye-catching event marketing graphics for conversions
? Website & Landing Page Banners: Brand-consistent visuals for promotions
? Support for ongoing brand growth and creative campaigns
? Maintain cohesive, modern design aligned with:

???? Skills & Requirements

? Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
? Strong portfolio showing workbook layouts, event graphics, and branding
? Expertise in Adobe Photoshop (required)
? Competency designing in Canva when needed
? Ability to follow established brand guidelines
? Experience preparing files for print production
? Excellent communication and quick turnaround capabilities
? Highly organized and detail-oriented

???? Bonus Skills (Not required but preferred)

? Experience in personal development, coaching, wellness, or training-based brands
? Familiarity with typography-rich, motivational design styles
? Knowledge of Eventbrite visual best practices and conversion-focused assets

???? Portfolio Required

• At least 3 completed client projects similar to the responsibilities listed
