JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of arts and crafts to create high-quality, print-ready designs. This role requires both creative and technical skills, especially in crafting detailed, pattern-based designs.

Responsibilities

Create designs for cross stitch, paint-by-numbers, and diamond painting projects
Develop clear, accurate pattern layouts (symbols, grids, and color guides)
Prepare print-ready files using Adobe InDesign
Collaborate on design concepts and maintain visual consistency
Revise and refine designs based on feedback
Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
Knowledge of arts and crafts (cross stitch, paint-by-numbers, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and pattern clarity
Ability to deliver production-ready files
Nice to Have

Experience creating instruction sheets or craft kits
Understanding of printing and color separation
Experience designing for physical products
