Job Overview:

Maxton & Company is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of consumer products design projects and will be responsible for creating visually compelling materials that align with our different brand identities across various platforms.

Working Hours:

Full-time, remote position with working hours from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for digital media focusing on Amazon listings but also including print, websites, social media, advertisements, and packaging.
*Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand messaging.
*Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts that effectively communicate ideas and messages.
*Quality Assurance: Use graphic design software to produce high-quality artwork while ensuring all visuals meet project specifications.
*Feedback Incorporation: Integrate feedback from tea ---------- mbers and clients while maintaining design quality.
*Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.

Requirements:

*Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) and experience in creating graphics for product listings online.
*Experience: 2-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
*Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative work in graphic design.
*Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools.
*Design Principles: Excellent understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
*Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

*Experience with motion graphics, video editing (e.g. Adobe After Effects or Premiere), or UI/UX design is a plus.
*Experience with designing printed paper goods like stationery
