This role is about ONE thing: taking proven ad templates and turning them into beautiful, on-brand designs for our clients, at high volume.
This is NOT a role for:
Logo or brand identity designers
Packaging or label designers
Illustrators
General "I design everything" graphic designers
We will only consider applications whose portfolio shows real static ad or social media designs: the kind of designs you see in a
The role
We have a library of winning ad templates (Konvert). Your job is to take those templates and adapt them for each of our brands so the result looks like it was designed for that brand from scratch, not like a template with a logo slapped on.
You will get the copy: what to write and where it goes. Your job is the design side: transfer the brand onto the template (logo, colors, fonts, product images, overall feel), place the copy, polish it, and upload a finished, client-ready design.
Day to day you will:
Take templates from Konvert and build them out in Canva (Pro account provided)
Apply each brand's identity so the design genuinely looks and feels like that brand
Insert the provided copy exactly where the brief says
Deliver finished, ready-to-run designs, not drafts that need fixing
Produce a high volume of designs every single day at consistent quality
Work inside Notion: pick up tickets, update statuses, deliver where the brief says
Communicate in Slack: clear, fast, and proactive when something is unclear or missing
What we expect (read carefully)
High volume AND high quality. Not one or the other. You ship a lot, and it is right the first time
As few revision rounds as possible. Your first version should be client-ready. If we have to send the same design back twice, something is wrong
Speed in Canva. You know it inside out: brand kits, fonts, layers, groups, grids, resizing, exporting the right formats for Meta. If you use Canva casually, this is not for you
Sharp eye for branding. You look at a brand's assets and instantly understand its visual language, then carry it into the template so everything is consistent: exact colors, right fonts, clean spacing, correct logo use
You are a good fit if you
Have real experience designing static ads or paid social creative, and a portfolio full of it
Are genuinely good at design: strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Are creative and curious: you notice what makes each brand look great and push the design further than "technically correct"
Understand what makes a paid ad work: clear product focus, readable at thumbnail size, built to convert, not just to look pretty
Read briefs carefully and follow them precisely, and ask a sharp question BEFORE designing when something is unclear, instead of guessing wrong
Can produce high output at consistent quality, day after day
Communicate clearly in written English and flag problems early in Slack
Are reliable and consistent. This is a "show up every day and ship" role
Bonus points
Experience at a performance marketing / DTC / e-commerce agency shipping paid social creative
Experience with template systems like Konvert (or similar)
Experience in a ticket-based production environment (Notion, ClickUp, Asana)
You've seen performance data on your ads (CTR, ROAS) and iterated based on it
Basic Photoshop or Figma skills for the occasional asset cleanup
