Job Description

Sensassion Pool & Spa, a swimming pool and hot tub company based in South Florida, USA, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create professional, attractive, and premium-quality product sheets and Microsoft Word documents for our 27 fiberglass swimming pool models.

We are looking for someone who can create beautiful, modern designs while maintaining consistency with our existing company branding.

All necessary materials will be provided. You will not need to take photos or create technical pool diagrams from scratch.

1. Professional Graphic Product Sheets (27 Models)

Create one visually appealing marketing product sheet for each swimming pool model.

Each sheet must include:

* Large, high-quality swimming pool photo
* Pool brand and model name
* Brand logo integrated into the design
* Selling price clearly highlighted (Starting at $XX,XXX)
* Pool dimensions (length, width, depth)
* Water capacity in gallons
* Miniature technical pool diagram showing the pool shape
* Available pool color: White
* Modern, clean, professional, premium-quality layout

These sheets will be used on our website, in marketing materials, and for customer presentations.

2. Editable Microsoft Word Product Documents (27 Models)

Create one fully editable Microsoft Word document (.docx) for each swimming pool model.

Each document must include:

* Pool brand and model name
* Large swimming pool photo
* Miniature technical pool diagram
* Complete pool dimensions (length, width, depth)
* Water capacity in gallons
* Available pool color: White
* Consistent company branding and formatting

Important: We will provide an existing Word document as a reference. You must follow its structure, layout, and overall design to maintain consistency with our current templates.

Selling prices are required on the graphic product sheets only, not on the Word documents.

No PDF creation is required.

3. Materials Provided

We will provide:

* All 27 swimming pool photos
* Technical pool diagrams / miniature illustrations
* Brand and company logos
* Pool model names
* Pool dimensions and gallon capacities
* Selling prices
* Existing Word templates
* Design references and branding guidelines

Your role will focus on professional graphic design, formatting, and accurate presentation of the provided information.

4. Total Deliverables

* 27 professional graphic product sheets
* 27 fully editable Microsoft Word documents
* Editable source files for all graphic designs (Canva, PSD, or AI)

Total: 54 final product files, plus editable graphic source files.

All designs must be consistent, professionally formatted, and ready for use.

5. Requirements

* Strong experience in graphic design
* Experience creating product catalogs, brochures, or product specification sheets
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
* Excellent Microsoft Word formatting skills
* Strong attention to detail, especially technical specifications
* Ability to follow existing templates and branding
* Good communication skills
* Ability to meet agreed deadlines

6. Payment Terms

This is a fixed-price project covering all 27 swimming pool models.

Payment will be made in two installments:

* 50% upfront, before starting the project.
* 50% upon completion, after all 27 graphic product sheets, 27 editable Word documents, and graphic source files have been delivered, reviewed, and approved.

The total project price and delivery timeline must be agreed upon before work begins.

There may be opportunities for additional design projects in the future.
