JOB OVERVIEW

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining visual assets across the Le Mieux brand. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure everything we put into the market is beautiful, consistent, accurate, and production-ready.

Packaging & Production Design

- Create, update, and maintain packaging artwork for skincare products
- Update silkscreen labels, bottles, tubes, cartons, boxes, and other packaging components
- Work with dielines, print specifications, dimensions, bleeds, finishes, and production requirements
- Prepare final production-ready files for printers and manufacturers
- Make packaging revisions based on regulatory, product, manufacturing, or marketing updates
- Ensure product names, ingredients, claims, directions, and other packaging copy are accurately placed and formatted
- Maintain organized master files and packaging artwork libraries
- Review proofs and work with vendors to resolve artwork or production issues
- Ensure consistency across product lines and collections

Brand & Marketing Design

- Design digital and print marketing materials for both consumer and professional audiences
- Create email graphics, website assets, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and promotional materials
- Design materials for trade shows, events, classes, and professional esthetician education
- Maintain and evolve Le Mieux's visual identity while ensuring brand consistency

Creative Collaboration

- Take direction and feedback and turn revisions around efficiently
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, manufacturers, and other creative partners as needed
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
