Prospekt is a brand and culture marketing agency operating at the intersection of strategy, design, production, content, and digital. We work with tier one brands, emerging ventures, and challenger companies that are not satisfied with the status quo.

Our work lives across sports, lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, health and beauty, tech, and SaaS. It is built to demand attention, shape narratives, and leave a cultural footprint.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support a range of client projects across digital and print. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, understands how to work within established brand guidelines and can turn creative direction into polished, effective visual content.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design digital graphics, social media content, advertisements, presentations, marketing materials and website assets
Create visually consistent work that aligns with client branding and campaign objectives
Translate project briefs, ideas and creative direction into polished design concepts
Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, formats and placements
Collaborate with project managers, marketers, developers and other creative tea ---------- mbers
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
Review and refine designs based on internal and client feedback
Organize working files and maintain clear, consistent file structures
Support the development and improvement of client brand materials

QUALIFICATIONS
Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of digital and marketing work
Proficiency in Figma, Canva or similar design tools
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, websites and presentations
Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity to each project
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, polished work
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team
Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience working with a marketing agency or multiple client accounts
Experience with website or landing page design
Basic knowledge of responsive design and digital usability
Experience creating short-form motion graphics or video content
Familiarity with industries such as professional services, ecommerce, health, technology or home improvement
