JOB OVERVIEW

Tradie Pulse is an Australian digital marketing and AI agency helping trade businesses generate consistent leads through Meta advertising and CRM automation. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to join us on a freelance, outcome-based arrangement.
This is a GIG role, you get paid per completed and approved deliverable in Australian Dollars. The more quality work you produce, the more you earn.
What you'll be working on:
You'll be producing high-quality creative assets for our Australian trade business clients — builders, electricians, concreters, roofers, and more. This includes static photo ads, video edits, landing pages, brand kits, and capability statements. Every piece of creative you produce goes directly into paid advertising campaigns or client-facing materials, so quality and attention to detail matter on every single deliverable.
What we need from you:
You show up to daily team huddles and weekly meetings on time, every time. When a task is assigned you get it done within the agreed timeframe without needing to be chased. If something is unclear, you ask we'd rather you put your hand up early than go in the wrong direction and waste everyone's time. You take feedback professionally and action revisions quickly.
