JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based B2B industrial supply business looking for a graphic designer to support our ongoing e-commerce, marketing, and product documentation work.

1. Position Summary
We need a graphic designer who can produce clean, industrial-style visual assets across multiple formats — enhanced product content, e-commerce listing imagery, website imagery, packaging, labels, infographics, and product documentation.
Think 3M. Think Grainger. Think Uline. That is the visual register we work in: B2B industrial, utilitarian, spec-driven, durable-looking, function-first. Clean typography, technical illustration, performance claims front and center. This is not consumer retail — it is industrial supply.
That said, the design sensibility must be contemporary, not dated. We want modern industrial — the way the best B2B brands look today, not how a 1990s parts catalog looked. Visuals should feel current and relevant to today's working professionals — millennials and Gen X buyers in their 30s through 50s who are the actual decision-makers in industrial purchasing.
This is not a role for designers whose strongest work is lifestyle, beauty, fashion, wedding, or consumer-brand aesthetics. If your portfolio is built around pastels, soft-lifestyle photography, or "girly" branding, this is not your fit.
The right candidate is equally comfortable producing an enhanced content banner for an e-commerce listing and laying out a print-ready box label with regulatory text, lot numbers, and barcode placement.

2. Scope of Work
The designer will produce visual assets including:
Enhanced product content and e-commerce listing imagery (product detail page modules, brand store imagery, hero banners)
Website images and banners
Product labels and box label design (print-ready, with regulatory and barcode placement)
Box and packaging design
Infographics for product features, specifications, and application guides
Flyers, brochures, and sell sheets (digital and print)
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) formatting and layout support
Other ad-hoc graphic design work as needed

3. Required Skills & Experience
Proven portfolio of industrial, B2B, MRO, hardware, or technical product design — please include examples
Fluent in English — speaking, listening, and writing. You must be able to communicate effectively with us in real time, understand verbal direction clearly, and respond promptly in writing. This is non-negotiable.
A real creative streak and a contemporary design sensibility. Your work should look current and modern — industrial, but not dated. We need someone who brings ideas to the table, not someone who only applies templates. Designs must resonate with today's working-age buyers (roughly 30s through 50s), not feel like a relic from a previous generation.
Fluent with enhanced product content and e-commerce listing imagery requirements across major marketplaces (module structures, image specs, dimensions, file formats)
Experience designing print-ready files (labels, packaging, brochures) with attention to bleed, color profiles, and dieline accuracy
Strong typography and layout skills for dense, information-heavy content (specs, instructions, regulatory text)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent professional tools
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across assets
