About the Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the design needs of a growing digital marketing and web agency. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of strong visual design, brand consistency, layout, typography, color theory, and digital-first creative production.

AI tools may be used as part of a modern workflow, but this role requires a designer with real design judgment, strong fundamentals, and hands-on experience using professional creative software.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, social media, paid ads,
Design graphics for Meta ads, Google display ads, organic social media content, website banners, blog images, thumbnails, flyers, brochures, and brand collateral.
Support brand identity development, including logos, color palettes, typography selections, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
Edit, resize, and adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and formats.
Work with marketing, web development, and content teams to create visuals that align with campaign goals and client brand standards.
Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print use.
Maintain organized design files and follow internal naming, storage, and version-control practices.
Review creative briefs and translate business goals into visually effective design concepts.
Ensure all creative work is consistent, polished, and aligned with each client’s brand voice and audience.
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining strong design quality and attention to detail.
Stay current with design trends, digital advertising formats, social media creative standards, and modern design tools.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showing professional design work across digital marketing, branding, websites, social media, and advertising.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, hierarchy, typography, color, composition, spacing, and brand consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe XD or Adobe Express is a plus
Ability to create and edit original design assets, not just modify templates.
Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta/Facebook ads, Instagram graphics, Google display ads, and website imagery.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt design style across multiple client brands.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, client-ready work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Good communication skills and ability to accept feedback professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a digital marketing agency, web agency, or creative agency.
Canva experience for creating editable client-facing templates.
Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other modern UI/design collaboration tools.
Basic understanding of website design principles, responsive layouts, and UX/UI best practices.
Experience creating brand identity packages, social media ad campaigns, and landing page graphics.
Experience preparing files for print production.
Basic understanding of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience designing for different industries and client types.
AI Tool Expectations
We are open to the use of AI tools as part of a creative workflow, but this position is not for someone who depends on AI to do the core design work. The ideal candidate understands how to create strong designs from scratch, make thoughtful creative decisions, and use professional design tools with confidence.
AI may be used for brainstorming, concept exploration, or workflow support, but final creative work must reflect strong human design judgment, originality, brand awareness, and professional execution.
