Graphic Designer

Location: Remote
Employment Type:Freelance / On-Demand Contract

Important Note About This Role

We are building a pool of freelance Graphic Designers who will be engaged on an as-needed basis. Designers will be contacted and assigned projects when business requirements arise, and workload may vary depending on project volume and seasonal demand.

Candidates should be comfortable working on a flexible, project-based arrangement and responding to design requests within agreed timelines when assignments are provided. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours or projects.**

Key Responsibilities

* Design creative, high-quality custom apparel graphics for fraternities, sororities, and other student organizations based on client briefs and brand guidelines (shirts, pants, hoodies, hats, etc.).
* Develop mockups, design proofs, and production-ready files that meet print and production requirements.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while balancing varying priorities and deadlines.
* Research and stay updated on current trends in fashion, collegiate culture, and Greek life to keep designs fresh and relevant.
* Organize, maintain, and update a digital asset library, including logos, templates, and past design work, for easy access and reusability.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure creative alignment and high-quality outcomes.
* Be available to take on assigned projects during periods of increased demand and communicate availability proactively.
* Other tasks may be assigned based on project requirements.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in clothing, fashion, or apparel.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong vector illustration and apparel design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and textile design.
* Ability to create trend-driven and market-relevant designs.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to follow directions, adapt design styles, and respond promptly when assigned projects.
* Experience preparing print-ready files and production specifications is a strong plus.
* Prior experience in apparel or branding design is highly preferred.
