We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to help translate complex industrial engineering into compelling visual assets across the full marketing funnel. The role focuses on building strong visual systems, creating branded technical and marketing collateral, designing large-scale and digital assets, and developing scalable design templates that strengthen brand authority with engineers, municipal stakeholders, and industrial buyers.
This is a remote role that may require some overlap with US Eastern Time hours for occasional meetings.

Salary & Hours
Starting at $4–10/hour depending on experience, with increases based on performance.

Project Scope
We are looking for a creative partner to help us translate complex industrial engineering into compelling visual assets. The work covers the full marketing funnel, including:
Paid Advertising (Print & Digital):
Trade journal ads (e.g., WaterWorld, WEFTEC publications), LinkedIn lead-gen ads, and Google Display banners for industrial buyers.
Technical Sales Collateral:
High-end line cards, technical data sheets (TDS), and capability statements that simplify complex flowcharts and systems.
Large-Scale Graphics:
Booth designs for industry trade shows, vehicle wraps for service fleets, and environmental signage for treatment plants.
Packaging & Labeling:
Industrial-grade labeling for chemicals or components, including ISO compliance and safety iconography.
Digital/Social:
Branded content for LinkedIn and YouTube highlighting "on-site" projects and case studies.
Core Responsibilities
Translate complex industrial engineering and technical content into clean, branded visual assets.
Build branded design templates and visual frameworks that scale across hundreds of pieces of technical and marketing content.
Design trade journal ads, LinkedIn lead-gen campaigns, and Google Display banners targeted at industrial buyers.
Produce high-end line cards, technical data sheets (TDS), and capability statements that simplify complex flowcharts and systems.
Develop large-scale graphics including trade show booth designs, vehicle wraps, and environmental signage for treatment plants.
Create industrial-grade packaging and labeling for chemicals and components, including ISO-compliant layouts and safety iconography.
Design branded social and video content for LinkedIn and YouTube highlighting on-site projects and case studies.
Identify visual opportunities for engagement and set up AI image systems to produce assets at scale.
Maintain a "rugged yet innovative" aesthetic that appeals to engineers and municipal stakeholders.
Document brand guidelines and maintain clear records of design assets and changes.
Key Requirements
Design Experience:
Proven track record in graphic design with strong portfolio work. Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or utilities sectors is a plus.
Technical Visualization:
Ability to work with engineering schematics, process flows, or complex technical content and turn it into clean, branded diagrams.
Print Mastery:
Experience with large-format printing (trade show banners, vehicle wraps) and durable industrial labeling is a plus.
Brand Authority:
Ability to maintain a "rugged yet innovative" aesthetic that appeals to engineers and municipal stakeholders.
Deep understanding of:

Experience using design tools such as:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
