JOB OVERVIEW

We are ---------- , a Norwegian company specializing in exhibition and display equipment — including pop-up tents (messetelt), exhibition walls (messevegger), roll-up banners, beach flags, inflatable displays, outdoor display stands, and other trade show and marketing materials. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our remote team on a full-time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be the go-to designer for all our visual needs — from creating print-ready product templates and promotional artwork to social media graphics and marketing materials. Our products are highly visual, and great design is central to our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design print templates for exhibition products (roll-up banners, exhibition walls, tents, beach flags, display stands, etc.)
- Create product images and visuals for our webshop ( ---------- )
- Design social media content for Facebook and Instagram
- Produce advertising banners, email marketing templates, and landing page graphics
- Support customers visually — adapt and finalize designs for print production
- Maintain consistent brand identity and quality across all materials

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written (mandatory, as all team communication is in English)
- Must be available during Norwegian business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET (Central European Time, UTC+1 / UTC+2 in summer)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Canva
- Experience with print design and understanding of print specifications (bleed, CMYK, resolution) is a strong advantage
- Strong eye for design, colour, and typography
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Experience with e-commerce product design or exhibition/trade show materials is a plus
- Portfolio or examples of previous work required
