Role Overview
We are seeking a talented, personable, and versatile Graphic Designer who lives at the intersection of marketing and art. You should have a sharp eye for typography and a portfolio that proves you can translate complex marketing goals into clear, compelling, and visually stunning assets.
Responsibilities & Duties
Multi-Channel Asset Creation: Develop high-impact graphics for websites, logos, banner ads,
Video Content: Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and digital ads.
Conversion Design: Evaluate and iterate on colors, fonts, and layouts for A/B testing and website optimization.
Brand Evolution: Contribute to the growth of established brands while maintaining strict consistency across all media.
Presentation & Print: Design professional PowerPoint decks and occasional print collateral (brochures, labels, packaging).
Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, social media shifts, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborative Execution: Work independently or with the team to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Video Editing: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Desktop) for marketing use.
Marketing Fluency: Proven experience designing for platforms like Google Ads,
Communication: Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to articulate design choices.
Precision: A "perfectionist" focus on detail and the ability to follow complex instructions to the letter.
Logistics: Must be able to work EST Time Zone hours when necessary for team syncs and revisions.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, brand evolution, and video work.
