9-Figure DTC Supplement Brand We need a performance-driven graphic designer comfortable with high-velocity ad production (20-30 static ads weekly) to support millions in paid media spend across Meta, TikTok, and native advertising platforms.

???? What You'll DoHigh-Volume Ad Production

Design 20-30 static ad creatives weekly across formats: image ads, carousels, native ads, infographics
Work from creative briefs provided by strategists to execute concepts rapidly
Maintain a constant pipeline of fresh creatives to prevent ad fatigue and sustain performance
Design landing page elements, product imagery, and promotional assets as needed
Performance-Driven Design

Design specifically to stop the scroll and drive conversions—not to win design awards
Understand that your design choices (layout, copy hierarchy, color psychology, visual flow) directly impact CTR, engagement, and ROAS
Iterate rapidly on winning concepts, testing variations to validate and scale performance
Create "ugly" ads that convert better than "beautiful" ones when data demands it
Collaboration & Iteration

Work closely with creative strategists and media buyers to understand what's working and why
Implement feedback quickly—often same-day—to capitalize on winning angles before they fatigue
Analyze winning vs losing ads to refine your design instincts and improve hit rate
Adapt quickly to platform trends and format changes (Meta, TikTok, native platforms)
Process & Systems

Follow and help refine design SOPs for repeatable workflows
Maintain organized file structures, templates, and brand asset libraries
Document design decisions and learnings to contribute to the team's knowledge base
Build design systems that enable speed without sacrificing consistency

???? Required Qualifications
2+ years designing direct-response ads for e-commerce, supplements, or DTC brands (social media ads specifically—not brand design or logos)
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)—you should be fast and fluent
Output-focused mindset—you understand that 15 ads at 80% quality beat 3 ads at 100% quality
Pattern recognition—you can analyze winning ads and reverse-engineer what design choices made them perform
Data literacy—you understand CTR, engagement rate, and how your designs impact these metrics
Copywriting awareness—you know how to prioritize copy hierarchy and make text readable and compelling
Self-starter—you don't need hand-holding or micromanagement to ship quality work on deadline
Coachable—you take feedback without ego and implement it immediately
Excellent English—clear written communication for seamless collaboration
