JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate our social design function. This role sits at the intersection of creative design execution, and social strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Social and Creative teams, and ensure every brand we touch shows up visually strong, consistent, and platform-native across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

You’ll design and also set the standard — shaping workflows, and ensuring our social content feels thoughtful, elevated, and performance-minded.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Social and Creative Strategist to translate brand direction into scalable social systems, campaign visuals, and high-performing content — while maintaining a sharp, modern aesthetic across all client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
1.. Social Design & Visual Direction
Design high-performing, brand-aligned assets including static graphics, reels covers, carousels, story templates, and social-first visuals
Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics across platforms, balancing creativity with performance
Ensure all social content is optimized for platform best practices (TikTok vs. Instagram nuances, cover-first thinking, etc.)
Partner with social managers to support monthly content needs and campaign ---------- nts

3. Content Planning & Collaboration
Collaborate with Social Managers to support monthly content calendars from a design perspective
Work cross-functionally with influencer, paid media, and production teams to ensure design supports campaign goals
Help translate larger brand campaigns into modular, social-native visual assets

4. Creative Execution
Support leadership with creative input for strategy decks, presentations, and visual storytelling
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met across all assigned accounts

5. Innovation & Tools
Explore and implement AI-assisted tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve design efficiency and output
Proactively bring new ideas for formats, templates, and creative experiments that improve both performance and workflow

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on social-first content (agency experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of social platforms and what performs visually across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus)
- Solid understanding of lo-fi video and social editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines
- Confident collaborator who communicates clearly with internal teams and clients
