RYSE ( ---------- ) is a smart home startup based in Canada/USA; we design devices to automate window coverings controllable via smartphone app, voice, or integrated with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Homekit. Our products have been featured in TechCrunch, CNET, PCMag, Fox News, CBS, and has received the Mark of Excellence Award for Motorized Product of the Year at CES.

We are looking for a graphic designer with experience with social media ads, email newsletter design, and website design.

SALARY: $30,000 PHP per Month

STRONG ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print assets (social media, website, email, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into visually compelling campaigns and brand experiences
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries to keep content fresh and modern
- Design and refine visuals for product launches, events, and other brand initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring new creative ideas to the table
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications
- 2 years+ of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus
- Understanding of social media will be an asset
