JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
Pest Daily is the industry leader in professional development for Pest Control Owners and Managers. We provide a comprehensive ecosystem for growth, including the #1 e-learning platform in the industry and elite one-on-one coaching. We are proud of our team culture—the majority of our team in the Philippines has been with us for a long time, and we are looking for a high-performing Production Designer to join our dedicated, long-term team.

The Role
This job supports our online courses, our one-on-one coaches, and their coaching clients. You will be the one creating the clean, accurate print and digital materials they need to be successful.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure job. You will handle a high volume of work every week with frequent quick requests and tight deadlines. We need a designer who can work fast and stay accurate without needing every single step explained to them.

Responsibilities
High-Volume Production: Every week, you will create assets like PowerPoint decks, manuals, training guides, posters, door hangers, and career path materials.

Work with Many Brands: You will work with the Pest Daily brand and different client brands at the same time. You must follow their brand rules exactly and never mix them up.

Think Through Requests: Sometimes a request won't be fully written out. You need to "read between the lines," use context clues, and figure out what is needed instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Keep Files Organized: You must keep all your files, versions, and folders very clean and organized so the rest of the team can find things easily.

Perfect Layouts: You must be very careful with details like margins, spacing, and alignment. Your work must be ready for professional printing and digital use.

Cross-Tool Work: You will work in Figma, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Canva. You need to be comfortable switching between these tools as needed.

Event Support: About 10% of your time will be helping with marketing projects during big events (like social graphics and print materials).

Requirements
Multi-Brand Experience: You have experience working with several different brands at the same time.

Software Skills: You must be highly proficient in Figma, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Canva.

Reliable Under Pressure: You can handle urgent requests and changing priorities without your quality dropping.

Great Communication: You are active on Slack and ask the right questions early to keep projects moving.

Schedule & Expectations
Hours: This is a fixed schedule working 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Pace: This role is fast-paced with frequent tight deadlines.

Flexibility: Some long days and occasional weekend work may be required during very busy times or events.

Benefits
Competitive pay based on your experience.
The chance to grow within a stable, long-term company.
A supportive and collaborative environment with a great team in the Philippines.
