About KidGlov

KidGlov is a U.S.-based boutique marketing and branding agency serving purpose-driven organizations in healthcare, nonprofit, finance, and social impact.

We are organized, fast-moving, and quality-focused. We’re looking for a highly capable Graphic Design and Digital Production VA who can keep projects moving and carry them through to the finish line.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, growth, and consistent creative work.

What You’ll Do

You will support our creative and marketing teams with design production, digital asset creation, and campaign support. You will meet with your supervisor every morning to review priorities and deadlines, including but not limited to:

Graphic Resizing and Production
• Resize graphics for both print and digital formats
• Adapt existing creative across multiple sizes and placements
• Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use
• Save, package, and organize final files correctly
• Ensure correct specs, bleed, resolution, and export settings

Digital Ads and Animation
• Build and resize static and animated digital ads
• Animate digital ads using Adobe tools
• Create simple animations in Canva
• Export ads in correct formats for platforms
• Maintain consistency across ad sets and campaigns

Design Support
• Execute designs aligned with brand standards
• Maintain strong typography, layout, and spacing consistency
• Make detailed refinements before creative is sent to clients
• Support social media graphics production
• Work from existing brand guidelines and templates

Website and Content Updates
• Make light updates in WordPress
• Make light updates in Squarespace and/or Wix
• Upload and format images correctly for web
• Ensure design consistency across platforms

Presentation and Marketing Materials
• Format and design PowerPoint presentations
• Adapt creative for slides and pitch decks

Creative Workflow Support
• Keep creative projects moving efficiently
• Follow tasks through to completion without constant supervision
• Maintain organized file structures
• Communicate clearly about deadlines and blockers

Required Skills and Tools
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Strong understanding of print vs. digital design specifications
• Experience creating, animating, and resizing digital ads
• Canva (including animation features)
• WordPress, Squarespace and Wix
• PowerPoint
• Production-level file preparation experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
• Adobe After Effects
• Experience working in a marketing agency

Compensation and Schedule
• $4–6/hour depending on experience
• Performance-based increases
• Paid semi-monthly
• Full-time
• Must overlap with U.S. Central Time
