JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
A new D2C product brand is looking for an AI-focused Graphic Designer to join the team part-time. This role is all about using AI tools to produce UGC-style video content and graphic assets at scale, helping us test what resonates with customers before we bring in real influencers and affiliates. You will have direct creative involvement from day one and work alongside the founder on a product launch with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI video and image generation tools to produce UGC-style content for product testing
- Generate multiple content variations to evaluate different messaging angles and hooks
- Create social media graphics, carousels, and visual assets across multiple formats
- Produce animated product clips and AI-generated videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Edit and repurpose UGC and influencer footage for distribution across platforms
- Translate product information and founder direction into strong visual storytelling
- Develop lifestyle and demo-style content that highlights the product naturally
- Deliver all assets formatted correctly for each social media platform
- Respond quickly to feedback and iterate on creative direction as needed

Mandatory Skills:
- Working knowledge of AI generation tools like Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, or comparable platforms
- Demonstrated experience creating UGC-style videos using AI tools
- Solid graphic design foundation with strong visual sense for layout and composition
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design platform
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or a similar tool
- Comfortable producing high volumes of content variations under tight timelines
- Knowledge of content formats and best practices for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Dependable and organized with the ability to work independently
- Clear communicator who can receive and apply feedback efficiently

Preferred Skills:
- Previous work on content for D2C, e-commerce, or product launch campaigns
- Experience with UGC strategy or influencer campaign content creation
- Ability to write or develop scripts and briefs for real-world influencer use
- Experience with AI motion graphics or animation beyond basic video generation
- Understanding of visual storytelling for consumer product marketing
- Proactive in bringing forward creative hooks and content suggestions
- Interest or background in tech products, gadgets, or consumer innovation
