We're a US-based marketing agency across home services, law, healthcare, and more. We're looking for a creative professional who can handle both video editing and graphic design across multiple departments and clients.
This is a long-term position with consistent, varied work. You won't be doing the same thing every day. One day you might be editing a client testimonial video, the next you're designing social media graphics for a completely different brand.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic to intermediate work in Adobe After Effects (titles, motion graphics, light animation)
- Edit videos for organic social media, paid media, and promotional/brand storytelling
- Work with existing footage, audio, and brand guidelines to deliver polished final assets
- Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and creative expectations
Graphic Design
- Create social media graphics, print collateral, brand assets, and logo extensions
- Apply core graphic design fundamentals, layout, typography, color theory
- Support website UI/UX collaboration (visual alignment, not heavy web design)
- Work within established brand systems while maintaining consistency across all deliverables
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll collaborate across multiple teams within the agency, including:
- Social Media Team
- Print and Collateral Team
- Branding and Creative Leadership
- Web/UI/UX Team
You need to be comfortable receiving direction and feedback, adapting designs across platforms, and working within a fast-paced marketing environment where priorities shift.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory)
- Knowledge of Canva and CapCut
- Experience working within brand guidelines across multiple clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite smoothly (minimum 16GB RAM recommended)
- Stable internet connection: minimum 25 Mbps download speed (please include a Speedtest screenshot with your application)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience editing for a marketing or agency environment
- Understanding of social media video best practices (aspect ratios, platform specs, hook timing)
- Familiarity with file organization and production workflows
- Ability to move fluidly between video and design tasks as needed
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Motion graphics or animation experience beyond basic After Effects

SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Core hours with overlap during US Central Time (CT) business hours. Flexible on exact schedule as long as deadlines are met and you can communicate in real-time during overlap hours.
